This a 10 – hours certification review requires advanced preparation - a minimum of 6-8 week study in addition to 6 month teaching experience is highly recommended. Designed to test theoretical and practical core knowledge for aquatic fitness group leaders. A written exam is administrated. A comprehensive manual is included. Topics include: Exercise Physiology, Programming & Leadership, Anatomy and Kineseology, Injury Prevention, Physical Laws, Basic Emergency Procedures, Pool Environment, Equipment & Related Knowledge
